There is no time difference to manage. Standups, reviews, workshops and support run inside the same 10:00–18:00 IST day, Monday to Friday. Workshops in person are easy to arrange in Ahmedabad and across Gujarat. Elsewhere in India we plan visits for the phases that gain most from them, usually Diagnose and handover.
Currency and tax

Quoted and invoiced in Indian rupees. GST is charged at the applicable rate and every invoice carries our GSTIN, 24AAVFC8309B1ZH, so a registered business can claim input tax credit. Where you deduct TDS, we reconcile it against Form 26AS. Billing is by milestone or monthly, by bank transfer.

The DPDP Rules were notified on 13 November 2025, and the main obligations on data fiduciaries apply from 14 May 2027. We build to them now: notices in plain language, consent that can be withdrawn as easily as it was given, limits on how long data is kept, and breach notification to the Board and to the people affected. In a typical engagement you remain the data fiduciary and we act as your data processor under a written agreement. Sector rules sit on top: CERT-In's 2022 directions require reportable cyber incidents to be reported within six hours, and payment system data covered by the RBI's 2018 storage directive must be stored in India.

GST invoice and input tax credit
Every invoice carries our GSTIN and the GST charged at the applicable rate, so your finance team can claim input tax credit where it is eligible.
Vendor registration documents
LLPIN ACS-5305, GSTIN 24AAVFC8309B1ZH, Udyam registration UDYAM-GJ-01-0570350 and DPIIT recognition DIPP237265, with PAN and bank details on request. Each registration can be checked on the government portal that issued it.
DPDP Act processor terms
A written agreement in which you remain the data fiduciary and we process personal data only on your instructions, with security safeguards, breach notification and deletion at the end of the engagement.
Security questionnaire
We aim to return it within three working days, answered against our ISO 27001:2022 control set with the certificate number so it can be verified. Any control we have not implemented is answered as not implemented.

We are a small, remote-first team based in Ahmedabad, with no offices elsewhere in India. Visits are planned for the phases that need them; if you need a full-time team on your premises, say so on the first call because it changes the staffing and the cost. If you are buying on the lowest hourly rate, we are unlikely to be the right supplier.

- Cognimit is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The registered office is Block - A, 606, Prahladnagar Trade Centre, Times of India Press Road, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad 380051, and the team works from Ahmedabad on a remote-first basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST.
