A company that
operates what
it builds.
An ISO-certified product engineering company that designs, builds, and operates software systems for clients worldwide — and three products of its own.
Most firms in this category sell hours and describe a standard. We also design, build, and run three products of our own, which means the standard is something we live with rather than something we claim.
Delivering software before incorporation, formalised as an LLP in 2025.
Aurelia in beta, Voyazio and AxleOne in active development.
Engineering, design, brand, AI, cloud, assurance, refinement, growth, advisory.
Covering the sectors where software materially changes operations.
Cognition,
set against the limit.
Cognition, set against the limit. The name is an instruction: understand the system completely, then refuse to accept its ceiling as permanent.
Every constraint we are handed — technical, commercial, or infrastructural — is treated as a hypothesis rather than a fact. Most of them do not survive contact with careful engineering.
from cognition
Intelligence, knowledge, the act of understanding a system before changing it.
from limit
The boundary. Named so it can be argued with, tested, and moved.
Cognition without ceiling.
Two divisions.
One standard.
Ventures we own, and engineering we do for others. They share a stack, a review process, and a quality bar. When we recommend an architecture, we are describing something already carrying our own paying users.
Ventures in build
Engineering practices
Product & Platform Engineering
The software, platforms, and systems a business runs on.
Experience Design
Interface structure, flows, and design systems engineers can build from.
Brand & Communication
Identity, naming, and the language a company presents itself in.
Applied AI & Data
Artificial intelligence and machine learning built to survive production.
Cloud, Platform & Ecosystem Operations
Cloud delivery, hosted platforms, and the operational layer that keeps them up.
Systems, Security & Assurance
Integration, verification, security, and continuity.
Product Refinement & Stabilisation
Rescue and restructuring for products built fast and now carrying load.
Growth & Digital Marketing
The surfaces that take a product to market, and the measurement behind them.
Advisory & Applied Research
Technology consultancy, digital transformation, and research and development.
Four years,
stated plainly.
No origin myth and no invented milestones. This is the sequence, and the reason each step happened when it did.
The delivery practice begins
Product builds, software systems, and digital launches delivered directly for clients, before any company structure existed. Every commitment was personal, which set the standard everything since has been measured against.
Scope widens beyond engineering
Design, brand, and growth work joined the practice because clients kept needing all of it from one accountable party. The service lines that are commissioned independently today were established in this period.
Incorporated as an LLP
Registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in November 2025 as Cognimit Technologies LLP, with GST registration, Startup India recognition, and MSME registration following. The structure formalised a practice that had been delivering since 2022.
Two divisions, one standard
Aurelia in beta, Voyazio and AxleOne in active development, alongside a nine-practice client division spanning engineering, design, brand, and growth. Both halves run the same architecture patterns, review discipline, and deployment infrastructure.
Every engagement has a named engagement lead accountable for scope, schedule, and quality, working to a documented governance model: weekly written reporting, a defined escalation path, formal change control, and senior technical review on every change before it reaches production.
Five phases.
Named artifacts.
Every phase ends in something you can read, run, or audit. If a phase produces no artifact, it did not happen. Hardening is the phase most vendors quietly skip, and the one we spend the most political capital defending.
Diagnose
1–2 weeks
Read the system
Constraints, existing code, commercial goal, and the failure modes that matter. Ends in a written brief with what we recommend and what we advise against.
- Technical brief
- Risk register
- Scope and non-scope
Architect
1–3 weeks
Decide in writing
Data model, service boundaries, integration surfaces, and interface structure. Every significant choice gets a decision record naming the alternative we rejected.
- Architecture note
- Decision records
- Interface prototype
Build
Milestone-based
Ship in reviewable increments
Two-week increments, each deployed to a live environment and demonstrable. Reviewed, tested, and observable before it counts as done.
- Live environment
- Increment demos
- Test coverage
Harden
1–2 weeks
Break it deliberately
Load, failure injection, access review, restore rehearsal, accessibility and performance passes. The phase most vendors quietly skip.
- Assurance report
- Restore rehearsal
- Performance budget
Operate
Ongoing or handover
Leave it survivable
Runbooks, monitoring, and a documented handover — or a retainer if you would rather we kept carrying it. Your choice, not a lock-in.
- Runbooks
- Handover session
- Support terms
Eight clauses,
published.
Each one has cost us an engagement, a weekend, or an argument we would rather not have had. They are published so you can hold us to them.
Understand the system before changing it
Cognition comes first in the name for a reason. We read the codebase, the ledger, and the workflow before proposing anything. Speed bought by skipping comprehension is borrowed, and the interest is paid in production.
Treat every limit as a hypothesis
Budget ceilings, latency floors, 'that is just how this industry works'. Most limits are inherited assumptions nobody re-tested. We test them. Some hold, and then we design around them honestly.
Operate what you build
We run our own products in production, which means we carry their releases, their support queues, and the consequence of every shortcut taken in them. A firm that has never lived with its own decisions is guessing about yours.
Boring infrastructure, interesting products
Novelty belongs in the product surface, never in the deployment pipeline. We choose proven, legible technology underneath so the invention can happen where a user can actually feel it.

Our statutory record is published in full — incorporation, LLPIN, GSTIN, and government recognitions. Check it against the registries before you send anything.
