How we got here
From a practice to a company.
How the company formed, and why each step happened when it did.
- 2022
The delivery practice begins
Product builds, software systems, and digital launches delivered directly for clients, before any company structure existed. Every commitment was personal, which set the standard everything since has been measured against.
- 2023–24
Scope widens beyond engineering
Design, brand, and growth work joined the practice because clients kept needing all of it from one accountable party. The service lines that are commissioned independently today were established in this period.
- 2025
Incorporated as an LLP
Registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in November 2025 as Cognimit Technologies LLP, with GST registration, Startup India recognition, and MSME registration following. The structure formalised a practice that had been delivering since 2022.
- 2026
Two divisions, one standard
Aurelia in beta, Voyazio and AxleOne in active development, alongside 12 client services across engineering, design, brand, growth and advisory. Both sides run on the same architecture patterns, review process and deployment infrastructure.
Where the name comes from
Cognition, set against the limit.
Cognition, set against the limit. The name is an instruction: understand the system completely, then refuse to accept its ceiling as permanent.
Technical, commercial and operational constraints are tested before they are accepted. Many of them turn out to be assumptions nobody had checked.
