Technology we
own outright.
Software products we design, build, and operate ourselves, under our own roadmap and our own support commitments. These are not case studies or portfolio pieces. They are companies with their own pricing, their own customers, their own churn, and their own infrastructure bill arriving every month with our name on it.
Relationship intelligence, travel infrastructure, logistics infrastructure.
Three of them carry a product we operate ourselves.
A relationship intelligence platform. Aurelia turns a scanned visiting card into a scored, source-researched relationship record — who to follow up with, why they matter, and what to say.
Business cards are captured and then abandoned. The contact survives; the context dies. Warm introductions go cold because nobody remembers the reason they were warm.
OCR captures the card in about three seconds. AI with live web grounding researches the company and builds a source-backed brief. Relationship scoring, dormancy detection, and a follow-up engine keep the network alive. Hosted digital cards and NFC close the loop in the other direction.
Engineering notes
- On-device capture with server-side OCR normalisation
- Retrieval-grounded enrichment with source attribution
- Relationship scoring from completeness and recency signals
- Subscription billing across three tiers

Voyazio.
The engine behind every great trip.
voyazio.comModular technology infrastructure for travel companies — websites, booking, CRM, WhatsApp automation, payments, and AI. Nine layers, adopted one at a time.
Travel operators with real expertise are invisible online. Enquiries scatter across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email with nothing to catch them, and the right technology stack costs more than the business can justify.
Infrastructure rather than a tool. Each module is travel-native rather than generic SaaS bent into shape, deployable standalone, and available white-label so partners can run their own brand on top of the backend.
Engineering notes
- Multi-tenant module architecture with independent rollout
- White-label rendering layer over a shared backend
- WhatsApp and email automation pipeline
- Payments, invoicing, and commission reconciliation
Surfaces & modules

- Subscription and white-label licensing

- In development. Sites and Pulse furthest along, remaining modules staged. Open to early-access partners.
AxleOne.
Digitising India's 12 million commercial vehicles.
axleone.inA unified operating platform for India's fragmented small fleet operators — telematics, trip-level finance, and compliance in one mobile-first system.
Over 85% of India's road freight capacity sits with operators running fewer than five trucks. They reconcile receipts over WhatsApp, absorb 60–90 day payment cycles, and lose margin to fuel pilferage they cannot audit. Enterprise fleet software does not address them.
Consolidate operational intelligence, financial control, and compliance automation into one platform built for one to fifty vehicles. Operational core first, network intelligence second, working capital and fintech third.
Engineering notes
- GPS ingestion with geofencing and behavioural analytics
- Fuel anomaly detection and predictive maintenance alerts
- Trip-level P&L and automated settlement ledger
- E-way bill generation, document vault, expiry alerting
Surfaces & modules
- Model
- Subscription with embedded fintech revenue
- Availability
- Phase one in build. Open to strategic, government, and investor conversations.
What ownership
changes about your build.
Running our own products removes the incentive to hand over something that merely demos well. We have been the ones woken by an alert at 2am because a migration was rushed, the ones absorbing the cost of a dependency chosen for novelty, and the ones explaining an outage to a paying customer.
That experience is why the six conditions below are non-negotiable on client work. They are not upsells. They are what we wish someone had insisted on for us.
Reviewed
No change reaches production without a second engineer reading it. This applies to our own ventures identically.
Reproducible
Environments defined as code. Any engineer can rebuild the stack from an empty account.
Observable
Logging, error reporting, and alerting configured before launch rather than after an incident.
Documented
Architecture notes, decision records, and runbooks handed over as deliverables, not favours.
Accessible
Semantic markup, keyboard paths, contrast ratios, and reduced-motion support treated as requirements.
Recoverable
Backups verified by restoring them. A backup nobody has restored is a rumour.
Investor, government, and channel enquiries
